OUR SERVICES
Birth Doula Support:
Perfect for birthing people who are interested in childbirth education, birth rights, pregnancy comfort techniques, and/or a birth partner.
Doulas don't fly in with our super capes on
We come in and help you tighten yours
Full Spectrum Support:
In addition to birth support, the ideal parent would desire more hands on breastfeeding assistance, recovery services (hair masque, abdominal binding, yoni steams), and/or newborn care/guidance.
Child Birth Preparation
All childbirth preparation classes are included with the purchase of any doula package.

Parent(s) are provided unlimited access to Spinning Babies® streaming platform. This program is discussed with the parents. Implementing these birth preparation activities is encouraged for a smooth birth.

The Trauma Conscious Yoga Institute's online class is also available for parents who have experienced traumas and desire to cleanse and realign in preparation for childbirth and parenthood.

Child birth preparation topics include labor & birth, medications, interventions, spiritual & physical readiness, breathing techniques, and nutrition coaching.
Mother Blessings
Also known as Blessingways, unlike baby showers, focus on the birthing person (mother). Mother's are celebrated with love and affection in preparation for childbirth and parenthood. Non traditional Blessingways can be done for couples as well.
Lactation Counseling
Lactation support begins during pregnancy and continues for 6 weeks postpartum. Certified Breastfeeding Support Sessions are offered as an a la carte service. Breastfeeding basics (latching, positioning, pumping and storing expressed breast milk) are covered with each package. Certified Breastfeeding Support Sessions take about 2-2.5 hours. Breastfeeding barriers, troubleshooting, and herbal supplements are covered in addition to basics. Package recipients may opt to have a Certified Breastfeeding Support Session in place of one prenatal session.
